Notorious Dance Party

Date: January 18, 2014
City: San Francisco, CA
Venue: Red Devil Lounge
Artist: Notorious
Opening Act(s): Party Rumor

Notorious

Notorious is a cover band that would often play at Red Devil Lounge. With Red Devil closing, this was their last show at this venue. So much fun! They had the crowd dancing from start to finish.

They did a medley that consisted of “Party Rock Anthem”, “The Fox (What Does the Fox Say?)”, “Sexy and I Know It” and “I’m Too Sexy”. During “Sexy and I Know It” they had shake weights and changed the lyrics to “I shake weight and you know it”.

One of the guys in the band showed that he could kick just as high as David Lee Roth as they covered “Jump”. This is even more impressive considering how small the stage at Red Devil Lounge is.

Notorious are a must see for anyone that likes to dance and have a good time.

Party Rumor

Party Rumor opened up the show. They covered an array of songs from the 70s with KC & The Sunshine Band’s “Get Down Tonight” to the 2000s with Rihanna’s “Don’t Stop The Music”. While their voices weren’t always the right fit for each song they performed, they were a lot of fun and a great way to start the night.
